Izjava o zaštiti podataka usklađena s Općom uredbom o zaštiti osobnih podataka 1. Osobni podaci Mi, u Rinigard d.o.o. (u nastavku mi), shvaćamo zaštitu podataka ozbiljno i poštujemo Vašu privatnost. Sakupljamo, obrađujemo i koristimo Vaše osobne podatke samo uz Vašu suglasnost ili ako postoji neki drugi zakonski temelj za to, a u skladu s Općom uredbom o zaštiti podataka (GDPR-om) i važećim Zakonom o Zaštiti podataka i drugim zakonima. Osobni podaci se sakupljaju isključivo u granicama potrebnim za vođenje i obradu naših poslovnih odnosa ili do granica koje ste nam Vi sami sporazumno odredili. Osobni podaci su podaci koji sadrže posebne informacije o osobama ili činjeničnim osobnim odnosima, kao što su ime, adresa, adresa elektroničke pošte i telefonski broj. 2. Pristup i brisanje U svakom trenutku imate pravo pristupa Vašim, kod nas pohranjenim osobnim podacima, njihovom podrijetlu, primateljima i svrsi njihove obrade te pravo na otklanjanje, prenosivost, prigovor, ograničenje obrade i blokiranje ili brisanje netočno i nezakonito obrađenih podataka. Ako je došlo do nekih promjena Vaših osobnih podataka, molimo Vas da nas o tome obavijestite. Imate pravo povući svaku suglasnost o obradi Vaših osobnih podataka u bilo kojem trenutku. Vaš zahtjev za pristup, brisanje, ispravljanje, prigovor i/ili prenosivost, u slučaju posljednjeg ukoliko ne uključuje nerazmjeran napor, može se uputiti kontaktima navedenim u točki 8. ove izjave. Ako smatrate da naša obrada Vaših osobnih podataka krši zakonske odredbe o zaštiti podataka ili da su Vaša prava za zaštitu podataka povrijeđena na bilo koji drugi način, imate pravo podnijeti žalbu nadležnom tijelu u Hrvatskoj (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka). 3. Privatnost podataka Za zaštitu Vaših osobnih podataka poduzimamo odgovarajuće organizacijske i tehničke mjere predostrožnosti. Ove mjere odnose se posebno na zaštitu protiv neovlaštenog, nezakonitog, uključujući i slučajnog pristupa, obradi, gubitku, korištenju i manipulaciji podacima. Unatoč svom trudu da se održi neprekidno primjeren visoki stupanj stručnosti, ne smije se isključiti da informacije koje ste nam omogućili putem Interneta mogu biti vidljive i da ih mogu iskoristiti treće strane. Imajte stoga na umu, da ne prihvaćamo odgovornost za otkrivanje podataka zbog pogrešaka prilikom prijenosa podataka koje nismo mi uzrokovali i/ili neovlaštenog pristupa trećih strana (npr. napad hakera na e-mail račun, telefon ili presretanje faksa). 4. Korištenje podataka Obrađivat ćemo podatke koji su nam dostupni za svrhe marketinga, slanja newslettera i kako bismo Vas kontaktirali putem pošte ili telefona te za svrhe za koje imamo Vašu suglasnost ili koje su uključene u propise u skladu s GDPR. Izuzeto od toga je korištenje podataka za statističke svrhe ako su dostupni podaci anonimizirani. 5. Prijenos podataka trećim stranama Da bismo mogli dovršiti Vašu narudžbu može biti potrebno ili se zakonski zahtijevati prijenos Vaših podataka trećim stranama (npr. pružateljima usluge koje mi angažiramo i kojima dajemo pristup podacima itd.), sudovima ili javnoj vlasti. Prijenos Vaših podataka vrši se isključivo u skladu s GDPR, posebno da bi se dovršila Vaša narudžba ili na temelju Vaše prethodne suglasnosti. Neki od primatelja mogu se nalaziti izvan zemlje ili obrađuju Vaše podatke od tamo. Moguće je da razina zaštite podataka u drugim zemljama ne odgovara onoj razini koja postoji u Hrvatskoj. Međutim, prenosimo Vaše osobne podatke samo onim zemljama za koje je Europska Komisija odredila da imaju odgovarajuću razinu zaštite osobnih podataka ili primjenjujemo mjere da bismo osigurali da svi primatelji imaju odgovarajuću razinu zaštite osobnih podataka, za svrhu koju tada uključujemo standardne ugovorne klauzule (2010/87/EC i/ili 2004/915/EC). 6. Izvještavanje o nezgodama s podacima Cilj nam je osigurati da se nezgode s podacima što prije otkriju i da se prijave prema potrebi, s obzirom na odgovarajuće kategorije podataka, Vama ili nadležnom nadzornom tijelu. 7. Zadržavanje podataka Pohranjujemo podatke ne duže od onoga koliko je potrebno da bi se ispunile ugovorne ili zakonske obveze i da bi se obranili od tužbi (npr. 11 godina zakonska obaveza čuvanja računa i slično). 8. Data Protection Statement Pursuant to GDPR

1. Personal Data We, the Rinigard d.o.o. (also “we” for short), take data protection very seriously and respect your privacy. We collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent or if there is another legal basis to do so in accordance with the GDPR and related legal acts all in compliance with the regulations regarding data protection and the civil law. Personal data are only collected to the extent which is actually necessary to conduct and process our business relationship or to which you have provided them to us of your own accord. Personal data are all data containing specific information about personal or factual relationships, such as name, address, email address, and telephone number. 2. Access and Erasure At any time you have the right to access to your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of their processing as well as the right to rectification, portability, objection, restriction of processing, and blocking or erasure of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data. If there are changes in you personal data, we kindly ask you to notify us accordingly. You have the right to withdraw any consent given to the processing of your personal data at any time. Your request for access, erasure, rectification, objection and/or portability, in case of the latter if it does not involve a disproportionate effort, can be addressed to the contacts listed in section 10 of this Statement. If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates data protection legislation or that your rights to protection of your data have been infringed in any other way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority with jurisdiction. In Croatia this is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency. 3. Data Privacy For the protection of your personal data we take appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions in particular relate to safeguards against unauthorised, unlawful and including accidental access, processing, loss, use, and manipulation. In spite of all efforts to uphold a constantly appropriate high degree of diligence requirements it cannot be precluded that information you make available to us via the internet may be viewed and used by third parties. Please bear in mind, therefore, that we assume no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors during data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacker attack on email account or telephone, fax interception). 4. Use of the Data We will process the data made available to us for marketing purposes, for sending newsletters and to contact you by paper mail and phone and for purposes to which you have given your consent or which are covered by regulations in accordance with the GDPR. Exempt from this is the use for statistical purposes if the data made available have been anonymised. 5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties To be able to complete your order it may be necessary or required by law, to transfer your data to third parties (e.g. service providers which we employ and to which we make available data, etc.), courts or public authorities. The transfer of your data will be done exclusively in accordance with the GDPR, in particular to complete your order or based on your prior consent. Some of the recipients of your personal data are located outside of your country or process your personal data there. The data protection level in other countries may not equal the level existing in Croatia. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has determined that they have an appropriate level of protection of personal data or we employ measures to ensure that all recipients have an appropriate level of protection of personal data, for the purpose of which we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC). 6. Reporting of Data Breach We aim to ensure that data breach are detected as soon as possible and that they will be reported as appropriate, under consideration of the respective data categories, to you or the supervisory authority of jurisdiction. 7. Retention of Data We will store data no longer than is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any liability claims (e.g. 11 years acc. according to Croatian law regarding to Invoices). 10.
